Incident 15. At 16:44 DSRT Tavistock was requested to assist the Ambulance Service with the recovery of an injured walker from the Arboretum at Hotel Endsleigh, Milton Abbot. The 66 year old subject had sustained a suspected fractured ankle when she slipped on a steep, muddy track in the woodland. The Ambulance personnel treated the casualty and we then placed her in a casualty bag and vacuum mattress and stretchered her back to the waiting SWASfT Ambulance at the hotel. We wish her a speedy recovery.
