Incident 26. DSRT Tavistock was called by a Search Manager from our sister team in Ashburton to alert us to an incident where a 65 year old female had sustained a fractured ankle. We then received a call from the Police requesting us to assist the Ambulance service in evacuating her from Bellever Tor. The Team was deployed and as members entered Bellever Forest our team was stood down as an Air Ambulance had landed at the site and no further assistance was required.
