2025 Incident 1. At 14:45 DSRT Tavistock was called by the Police to assist an injured walker. A dog had collided at speed with the side of her left leg, resulting in pain in her knee that prevented her walking further. Our initial hill party located her at 15:50 and assessed her condition. At 16:10 she was loaded in an insulated Casualty Bag onto a wheeled stretcher and evacuated to our RVP at Norsworthy Bridge, reaching that location at 16:50. We wish her a speedy recovery.
