Incident 4. We were put on standby by the Police at 09:01 after a member of the public had reported seeing three orange flares in the Burrator area.  Drivers for our team vehicles were arranged in case of deployment whilst the Police tried to contact the military.  They confirmed at 09:41 that the flares were part of a military training exercise with no threat to life and the team was stood down.
