Incident 22. The Team was called just after 17.00, to assist a lady who had a problem with her hip and was unable to walk any further. Our phonefind app was used to pinpoint the casualty site, between Bellever Tor and Dunnabridge.
Two team members reached her at18.15, with the stretcher party and full medical kit arriving about 45mins later. The lady was then stretchered back to a waiting Devon & Cornwall 4×4 Response vehicle and transported to her vehicle.
Vehicles returned to base at 20:30.
