Latest projects

Over 2025 we will be focussing on improvements to our rescue vehicles. We currently have Land Rover Defenders, and though low mileage, they have a tough life! The maintenance of these vehicles is imperative to keeping us mobile across challenging terrain and ensures we can get life saving equipment where it’s needed. We are going to be raising £50,000 to allow us to replace one of our vehicles and carry out an over haul on the other existing vehicle.

Our second project for 2025 is the refurbishment of our existing Rescue Centre. Now we have built our new garage we need to redevelop our old garage area to improve our training facilities allowing us to carry out more complex training scenarios in a safe environment. Our building is around 30 years old so also needs refurbishing to give us a suitable facility to meet, plan and train.
