The Meavy Book by Peter Swaine

One of our members has written a book of walks in around the Meavy valley – and has very kindly donated all proceeds to the team. You might have read his very successful Walkham book, on a limited print run, that also raised funds for the Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team – Tavistock.

The book contains:

• 8 circular walks exploring all that the Meavy Valley has to offer
• 200+ photographs
• packed with local history and insights into this beautiful part of Dartmoor.
• All proceeds donated to DSRT – Tavistock
